NoxTools Review 2026: Plans, Prices, Login and Refunds Compared
NoxTools is a group-buy service for SEO, AI, writing, design and video tools. You pay NoxTools a small fee, log in to its dashboard, and open shared paid accounts for tools such as Semrush, Canva, QuillBot and Ahrefs from there. It has been running since 2020, by its own account, and it sells both bundles and single tools.
We should say up front that we compete with it. GroupbuySEO sells the same kind of shared access, to many of the same tools, to some of the same people. So this is a competitor writing about a competitor, and you should read it that way. To keep it fair, every NoxTools figure below comes from NoxTools' own public pages, which we read on 15 October 2026. We did not sign up or buy anything, so where something only shows up after checkout, we say so instead of guessing.
Quick verdict
- NoxTools is cheap at the entry level. On noxtools.com, checked October 2026, its four bundles cost $3.99, $7.49, $21 and $25, and single tools start at $1 (Canva) and $3 (Semrush). For one or two everyday SEO and writing tools, it undercuts us.
- Its terms are plain and in one respect friendlier than most: nothing renews automatically, and a refund applies if a tool you paid for stays down for more than 48 hours. Changing your mind is not covered, and sharing your login gets the account banned.
- It costs more than we do for Ahrefs in a bundle and for most premium AI tools. None of its plans includes Ahrefs, and Claude, ElevenLabs and Perplexity are priced well above our standalone prices. If those are what you need, compare our plans before you pick.
What NoxTools is
NoxTools describes itself as a group-buy provider: the cost of one premium tool is split between many members, so each pays a fraction of the list price. Its homepage (noxtools.com, checked October 2026) claims more than 100 tools, "99% uptime" and instant activation, and says it serves marketers and creators. We have no way to measure the uptime figure from outside, so treat it as the company's claim.
The catalogue is broad. The homepage tool grid showed SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, Majestic, SE Ranking, SpyFu, KWFinder, KeywordTool.io), writing tools (QuillBot, Wordtune, Jasper AI, Writesonic, Copy.ai, Frase, WordAi), design and stock sites (Canva, Freepik, Envato Elements, Storyblocks, Vecteezy), video and voice tools (InVideo, Runway ML, HeyGen, Kapwing, Pictory, ElevenLabs, Play.ht) and AI chat and image tools (Claude AI, Perplexity AI, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Sora AI, Google Veo). A note under the grid says more than 20 further tools are visible only inside the member dashboard. The plans also include two in-house items, Nox.ai and Nox Spinner, which the public pages do not describe.
The site lists every price in two currencies, Indian rupees and US dollars, and the payment options lean heavily towards South Asia: UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and GPay for India, JazzCash for Pakistan, bKash and Nagad for Bangladesh, plus cards, PayPal, Binance and crypto. We quote only the dollar figures here.
NoxTools plans and prices
NoxTools sells four bundles on noxtools.com/plans/ (checked 15 October 2026). The dollar prices below are the ones printed on the plan cards; the right-hand column is how many tools each card says it includes.

Ahrefs is not in any of those lists; on NoxTools it is sold only on its own. And the biggest bundle is not a superset of the others. The Writer plan is built around AI writing, so it carries Semrush and KWFinder but leaves out Moz Pro and Majestic, which the cheaper SEO-focused plan has. Read the full list for the plan you want rather than assuming the dearest one holds everything.
Single tools
Every tool in the homepage grid can also be bought individually. A sample of the dollar prices shown on noxtools.com on 15 October 2026:

Older SEO and writing tools are very cheap on NoxTools, often under $5. The newest AI tools, especially video and voice generators, cost a lot more, presumably because those accounts cost more to run.
What the price cards leave out
The public cards print a price but no billing period and no usage limits. The refund policy and terms talk about your "plan month", which suggests monthly validity, and the terms say a plan stays active for the period shown when you buy it. We did not go as far as checkout, so confirm the period there before you pay.
Limits are the bigger gap. Every shared account has some cap on searches, exports, credits or generations, because many people are using one subscription. NoxTools' terms reserve the right to set usage limits on any tool and to change prices and plan validity depending on each tool's availability, but none of the public pages we read lists the actual limits per tool. The site's own advice is to ask live chat before you buy, and for a tool you depend on, that is the right move: ask what the daily cap is on Semrush or Ahrefs before paying for it.
How NoxTools access works
According to noxtools.com (checked October 2026), every tool opens from the NoxTools dashboard with one click, and each tool comes with a short video tutorial. You never type the tool vendor's password yourself. That is how most reputable group buys work now, us included, and it is better than the older habit of handing out a shared username and password in a chat group.
Activation and payment
Payments by UPI or card activate straight away, according to the plans page. Crypto, Binance and other manual payments are checked by hand and activated within two to three hours. Card payments go through gateways such as Razorpay and PayU, and the terms say NoxTools does not store card details.
The one-person rule
NoxTools is strict about login sharing. Its terms say an account is for one person, and that giving your login to someone else gets it banned permanently, without notice. Two related rules are easy to trip over by accident:
- Logging in several times on the same day from different IP addresses or proxies can get the account suspended. If you hop between VPN locations, or log in from home, the office and your phone on mobile data in one day, keep that rule in mind.
- Buying for your own account through your own affiliate link gets both accounts banned, without a refund.
Neither rule is unusual for a group buy. A shared account lasts longer when the vendor does not see the same login from twenty places, so providers police it hard.
NoxTools login: where it is and what to check
The NoxTools login page is at noxtools.com/secure/login, linked from the Login button at the top of every page. New accounts are made at noxtools.com/secure/signup. When we opened it in October 2026, the sign-in form asked for an email address or username and a password, with a "Forgot password?" link for resets and a link to sign up.
A few practical points for anyone searching for the login page:
- Type the address or bookmark it, then check that the address bar says noxtools.com before you enter your password. Group-buy services attract look-alike domains, and a review page or a forum post is not the place to click through to a password form.
- The whole site sits behind a Cloudflare browser check. You may see a short "verifying" screen before the page loads; that comes from Cloudflare, not from a problem with your account.
- If you are locked out, use the reset link on the login page first. For a suspension you think is a mistake, the terms say to contact NoxTools support with your account details. Live chat runs during Indian working hours, and tickets can be opened at any time from your account.
- Logging in from many different networks in one day can trigger the suspension rule described above, so do not treat a lockout as a site fault before ruling that out.
We link the login page with a plain link and no tracking. Many pages that rank for NoxTools can earn from sign-ups, because NoxTools pays affiliates 20% to 40% of each sale, on renewals as well as new orders, for as long as the customer stays (noxtools.com/affiliate-program/, checked October 2026). That is normal in this market, but worth remembering when a review sounds keen. Some of the review pages we saw also quoted plan names and prices that do not appear on noxtools.com today, so check the vendor's own page for current figures.
NoxTools terms, refunds and renewals
NoxTools' terms and refund policy were both last updated on 6 October 2026, according to the pages themselves (checked October 2026). In short:
Refunds
- If a tool you bought does not work for more than 48 hours at any point in your plan month, you can ask for a refund while that month is still running. You do not have to wait for the month to end.
- You choose how it comes back: to your original payment method, to your NoxTools wallet balance, or as a replacement tool.
- Approved refunds are completed within three to five business days.
- There is no refund for an outage fixed within 48 hours, for changing your mind or not using the plan, or for an account banned under the account rules.
That is a reasonable outage policy for a group buy, and the replacement-tool option is a nice touch. It does not cover a tool that works but is not what you expected, which is why NoxTools keeps telling buyers to ask live chat first.
No automatic renewal
The terms say NoxTools never charges you on its own: every payment is one you start, and nothing renews by itself. If you forget about it, you are not billed again; your access simply ends. Some buyers will like that. Others will find it a chore to renew by hand each month.
Changes on their side
The terms let NoxTools change the price of any tool or plan, change how long a plan stays valid and set usage limits, depending on each tool's availability. Short interruptions fixed within 48 hours count as normal service. That is standard for a group buy, and it means today's price is not locked in.

Where NoxTools is cheaper
For a single classic SEO or writing tool, NoxTools usually wins. Semrush at $3, Canva at $1 and QuillBot at $1.69 are hard to beat, and Ahrefs on its own costs $3 less than ours. If you need just one of those, and you are happy to ask about limits first, NoxTools is the cheaper buy. Its two smallest plans, at $3.99 and $7.49, are also cheaper than our smallest, the Essential Plan at $10 a month.
Where we are cheaper
The gap flips for premium AI tools. Claude.ai is $15 a month through us against $49 on NoxTools, ElevenLabs is $5 against $60, and Perplexity is $5 against $11. Majestic, SE Ranking and Jasper AI also cost less here.
Ahrefs plus Semrush
Ahrefs and Semrush together are the pair most SEO buyers want, and this is where the bundles matter. On NoxTools, Ahrefs is sold only on its own, so the two singles come to $25 (noxtools.com, checked October 2026), against $30 for both standalone through us. Once you want anything else alongside them, the bundles change the sum. NoxTools' $21 SEO plan plus Ahrefs comes to $43, and the $25 Writer plan, which adds ChatGPT Plus, plus Ahrefs comes to $47. Our Advanced Plan, $30 a month, 25 tools, already includes Ahrefs, Semrush, ChatGPT, Canva, Moz Pro, Majestic, SpyFu and ElevenLabs.
Two plans with the same name
Both services sell an "Advanced" plan, and they are not the same thing. NoxTools' Advanced plan costs $21 and is an SEO and writing bundle without Ahrefs. Ours is the $30 Advanced Plan described above, with Ahrefs in it. If you are comparing screenshots or forum posts, check which company's plan someone means.

Paying yearly through us is charged as ten months instead of twelve. NoxTools does not show a yearly option on its public pages.
What shared access means, with them or with us
Every group buy, NoxTools and GroupbuySEO alike, runs on paid accounts that the tool makers' own terms mostly mean for one user. A vendor that notices can close one, and when that happens the tool goes dark for everyone on it until the provider replaces it. That is the main reason we bill by the month: if an account goes, the most you have at stake is the month you are in. NoxTools handles the same risk with its 48-hour outage refund.
The other limits are shared too. With either provider you do not own the subscription, you are not the vendor's billing contact, and you will not get API access for your own scripts or the ability to verify your own sites. Projects and saved work may sit in a workspace other members can reach, so do not put client secrets or confidential data into any shared account.
Where we try to be different is in saying what the limits are before you pay. Our Ahrefs page publishes the daily fair-use caps on requests and export rows, and our tool pages say what each one is not. You reach every tool from your own login at my.groupbuyseo.org, through the web dashboard, the browser extension or the Telegram app. Our refund policy accepts requests within 14 days for a fault we cannot fix; like NoxTools, we do not refund a change of mind.
Who NoxTools suits
NoxTools is a sensible choice for:
- Buyers in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh who want to pay with UPI, JazzCash, bKash or Nagad and see prices in rupees.
- Anyone who needs one cheap SEO or writing tool, such as Semrush, Canva or QuillBot, for a month or two.
- People who dislike subscriptions. Nothing renews unless you renew it.
- Writers who want a long list of AI writing tools in one bundle; the Writer plan has dozens of them.
It is a weaker fit for:
- SEO teams who want Ahrefs inside a bundle. NoxTools sells it only on its own.
- Heavy users of Claude, ElevenLabs or Perplexity, which cost several times more there than through us.
- Buyers who want usage limits in writing before they pay. NoxTools asks you to check on live chat.
- Teams that hoped to share one login. NoxTools bans that, and so do we; each person needs their own access.

A note on names: NoxTools is not NoxGPT, the AI writing workspace we looked at in our NoxGPT review. NoxTools' plans do include an in-house item called Nox.ai, but its public pages do not say what that is, and we could not confirm any link between the two. - Pay at checkout. Access activates when the payment confirms.
